Evelyn Ellison Cooper, 91, wife of the late Curtis Jasper Cooper, passed away January 4, 2023.

A native of Lyman, S..C, daughter of the late Theron Ellison and Lila Mae Henderson Ellison. She was the retired owner of Evelyn?s Collectibles and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are one daughter, Deborah Cooper Burch (Kenneth) of Lyman, S.C.;and one grandchild, Patricia B. Sullivan (Mark) of Miami, Fla.

Mrs. Cooper was predeceased by one brother, James A. Ellison, and two sisters, Helen White, and Louise Jackson.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2023, at The Wood Mortuary Chapel conducted by Dr. Gary Rogers.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

The body will lie in state 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2023, and from 8:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family respectfully requests those in attendance please wear a mask.

Pallbearers will be Terry Edwards, Doug Jones, Ken Price, and Steve Vail.

The family will be at the home.
