Marion "Olin" Fitts, 87, passed away at home on October 20, 2022.

A native of Greer, a son of the late Marion Henry and Ruby Marcelle Farmer Fitts; he was a U.S. Army Veteran; farmer and a charter member of Northwood Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving is his wife of 64 years, Cecile Hudson Fitts of the home; one daughter, Melanie Hipp (Randall) of Greer; one son, Shane Fitts (Cindy) of Greer; three sisters, Ruby Golightly of Inman, Frances Barnette of Greer and Pat Dobson of Taylors; and five grandchildren, Coleman Fitts, Dillon Fitts, Courtney Hipp, Cassidy Hipp and Camryn Hipp.

Mr. Fitts was predeceased by one son, Marcus Fitts; one brother, Malcolm Fitts and one sister, Melissa Searcy.

Funeral Services:

A graveside service will be held 4 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2022; at Hillcrest Memory Gardens conducted by Rev. Malcolm Lance.
