Ruby Cox Cantrell, 88, of 103 School Street, widow of Grady R. Cantrell, died December 14, 2014 at North Greenville Hospital.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Luther James and Susan Kirby Cox, she was a retired employee of Publix and a member of Fulton Presbyterian Church.

She had a way about her that made people leave with a smile.

Surviving:

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Janie and Dean Haney of Greer; a son and daughter-in-law, Bennie and Donna Cantrell of Greer; four grandchildren, Joel Wade, Terri Haney, Brad Cantrell and Kyle Cantrell; and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cantrell was predeceased by six brothers and five sisters.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Fulton Presbyterian Church, conducted by Rev. Grover Timms.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

The families are at their respective homes.
