The Greer Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect related to the shooting of a man on Feb. 22 at the Oakland Place Apartments.
Spartanburg County law enforcement officials arrested one man and has issued a warrant for a second man wanted for attempted murder, according to a Greer Police bulletin.
Dezmund Trevon Cohen, 21, is wanted for allegedly attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime Feb. 22 at the apartment complex, police stated.
Adonis Kashaun Kennedy, 19, was arrested and will be charged for the alleged attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
A man was shot in the head while he sat in a parked car at the Oakland Place complex last Monday. The victim was taken to Greer Memorial Hospital in a private vehicle driven by the man’s cousin, according to the police. The victim’s injuries were reportedly non-life threatening, the police reported.
