A new rubber track at Riverside High School will get its first action Friday at a Family Night event.
The Warriors’ track and cross country teams, alumni and booster club will have an opportunity to run or walk any distance. The track opens at 7:15 p.m. and a running clock will begin at 7:45 p.m.
The event is free but participants are reminded to wear running shoes and no bikes or strollers are allowed.
