As part of Riverside Middle School PTSA’s fundraiser, students duct taped Principal Malone, Assistant Principal Batman, as well as Simon Hong of TD Bank to the wall.

Students got to take a look on their way out of school. Top-selling students also got to participate in a Game Day.

Cook organizes Water Cooler Classic

RMS teacher Audrey Cook organized the Water Cooler Classic to benefit the Amytrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) Association.

Teachers present at Social Studies Conference

RMS teachers Hale Edwards and Kati Linn presented at the State Social Studies Conference in Columbia. Their presentation was a session on "Authentic Research" as well as a project that RMS students have participated in for the past eight years, focusing on the Cuban Missile Crisis and Greenville native Rudolf Anderson.

Edwards also will serve on the National Council's Awards Committee.

At the conference, it was announced that Natalie Boulos and Jay Ramesh have been selected as Students of Excellence by the South Carolina Council for Social Studies for the 2014-2015 school year.
