Tardy review board nearly melted frozen custard shop's opening plans

The Board of Architectural Review approved windows on the alley side of the former Dixie Shoe Shop, outdoor lighting and the panels below the front brick during Tuesday's meeting at City Hall. The paint color is still to be determined but the brick will not be painted or disturbed.
