Dr. David E. Weaver landed a spot on TLC Laser Eye Centers top 20 of North America’s LASIK co-managing optometrists. The ranking is based on the number of LASIK procedures Weaver co-managed in 2011.
LASIK is a procedure that uses a laser to reshape the cornea to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. Dr. Weaver is known to educate patients at a young age about the vision correction options available to them with LASIK once they reach adulthood. He performs pre and post-operative care for the patients he recommends for LASIK surgery.
Weaver has been co-managing patients with TLC Laser Eye Centers for the last 16 years and has had five members of his family have the procedure.
In addition to this recognition, Greenville EyeCare Associates was TLC Piedmont’s top referring practice in 2011. TLC is a national LASIK provider with an office in Greenville that operates as TLC Piedmont Greenville.
