Meet the 2012 Greer Idol finalists

Last year’s runnerup and a top 5 finisher, a husband and wife, a singer headed to Broadway and an Army Intelligence student are among the 14 finalists for 2012 Greer Idol.
The competition begins June 15 during intermission of the week’s performance of Tunes on Trade and continues every Friday through July 27.
Greer Idol Teen auditions Thursday at City Park

Greer Idol Teen auditions will be held Thursday, May 24 at the Greer City Park Amphitheater from 7-8 p.m. It will precede Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 2), the first Moonlight Movie of the season.
The Harry Potter movie is rated PG-13 for some sequences of intense action violence and frightening images.
