20 Riverside Middle School musicians included in honor orchestras

Twenty Riverside Middle School musicians are included in honor orchestras


Five RMS musicians have been selected for All-State Orchestra and 15 have been selected for All-County Orchestra.

All-State Orchestra

The five RMS students will be performing with other students from South Carolina at Anderson University at the end of February.

The Riverside musicians selected are: Naomi Wright, 8th grade violin; Anna Voelk, 8th grade viola; Abigail Lenz, 8th grade viola; Agatha Sultan, 7th grade cello and Tom Bucher, 7th grade, bass.

All-County Orchestra

Fifteen RMS students have been selected for All-County Orchestra. They will perform with other students from Greenville County at Wade Hampton High School on Jan. 26.

The students are: Naomi Wright, Caroline Phillips, Kimmie Rauscher, Andy Lin, Eliza Spilker, Sophia Quebe, Amisha Hoque, Farah Mehrabani, Nora Quebe, Theodore Nguyen, Mackenzie Fisher, Abigail Lenz, Rachel Ball and Miranda Ramirez. Telisa Kidd and Olivia Huber are alternates.
