I'm more than happy to talk or meet. It really depends on your schedule. I have seen through my clients plus I've personally experienced success with this program and kept my weight off for two years. So when you replace the three square meals with six smaller portions, you will or should always be able to manage your weight.
If you have fallen off track or given up in any way, the most wonderful, stress free thing about this plan is you just start over. It's as simple as that, I promise.
