2016 City Council members are, left to right, Jay Arrowood, Wayne Griffin, Kimberly Bookert, Mayor Rick Danner, Lee Dumas, Wryley Bettis and Judy Albert.
Mayor Rick Danner and council members Jay Arrowood (District 1), Kimberly Bookert (District 3) and Wryley Bettis (District 5) were all given the oath by Municipal Judge Hank Nimz. They will all serve four-year terms.
Danner and Bettis begin their fifth term, Arrowood his fourth and Bookert her second on city council.
Jeff Howell, Greer Commissioner of Public Works, was sworn in for his fourth six-year term.
All five ran unopposed.
