Megan Lindler, Miss North Greenville University 2014, will give up her crown Saturday night. She finished among the top 16 at the Miss South Carolina Pageant.
Sixty years of pageantry will be celebrated Saturday as eleven young women will compete for the title of Miss North Greenville University 2015. The pageant will be the final event of the school's homecoming weekend.
The pageant will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Turner Chapel on the NGU campus.
Each contestant will compete in private interview, physical fitness, talent, evening gown, and on-stage question. The Miss North Greenville University Pageant is a local preliminary for the Miss South Carolina Pageant.
Contestants are: Valerie Bostick, Sarah Conrad, Shiobhan Fraser, Miranda Gilbert, Laura Harrison, Abigail Hastings, Amber Martin, Kara McCaffrey, Samantha Monteith, Katelyn Styles, Lindsey Welkner.
Tickets prices are $10 for adults and $5 for students. NGU students will be admitted free.
