As you know threats, were received by students and, as far as I know, up to 10 students have been arrested. These threats have made our children and parents believe our kids are not safe and the safety measures implemented are by far sub par.
I am a former U.S. Army vet of Iraq twice over and i understand security on a very high level.
I am speaking out to raise awareness and to help make a petition to allow funding for safety and to implement any new technology to be the forefront of our community and safety for children across America. This is a time where we, as the People, need to be taken seriously and our voices need to be heard.
I believe every student should learn in a peaceful. safe environment and this issue is real as History has taught us. We need to make a change and to show people our voices can be heard, and our way of life rests upon those who now are trying to make the grades make the life that is necessary to be our future.
We can not stand by idly and expect our Senate and our government to do this job and ensure the Safety of those who guide our futures. We must take accountability of our voices being heard. I want to fix this problem with the help of many and if we can send rockets to space and have them land as if they never launched, we can work on this huge issue of safety for this country ... our future.
