Wanda Garcia couldn’t have picked a more perfect day for the launch of  “The Vintage Market at the Park” concept at Greer City Park on Saturday.

There were 30 vendors – the maximum – with their stations filled with vintage, homemade and re-purposed goods.

The park was full for most of the six-hour event, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and sunny skies and temperatures in the low- to mid-70s made a day at the park a welcome event. It is thbiggest market of its kind that has been held in Greer.
