Ryan's has joined the breakfast club on Thursday nights.
“Breakfast for Dinner” is being served Thursday night at Ovation Brands restaurants. Gone are Chicken Alfredo and corn dogs to make way for the breakfast offerings at the Ryan's in Greer.
Ryan’s entry into the breakfast club is aimed at enhancing its popular Family Night menu from 5-8 p.m.
“Breakfast continues to be one of the biggest opportunities in the restaurant industry according to NPD (a consumer marketing group). In fact, 58 percent of consumers polled through Technomic say they like being able to order breakfast all day at family-style restaurants,” said Tama Looney, Director of Consumer Insights & Analytics for Ovation.
“When we polled our own loyal guests, that number jumped to 78 percent. Since our guests love Family Night, and guests young and old like to eat breakfast at any time, we thought this would be a great opportunity to launch the platform."
The breakfast offerings include an expanded Egg Action Station where guests may request eggs to order with more choices, omelets with fixings and scramblers. Pancakes, waffles, sausage, and sliced bacon are staples on the menu.
“Our Family Night is loved for offering fun ways for kids and parents to enjoy dinner together, so adding breakfast options is a perfect complement to this night,” said Alice Crowder, vice president of marketing for Ovation.
“We are excited to offer more variety while providing a unique experience for families,” said Crowder.
Family Night is 5 - 8 p.m. each Thursday. Themed activities for children through promotional partnerships are offered each month. In April, families will participate in the relaunch of the classic children’s book series, “Nancy Drew Diaries and Hardy Boys Adventures”.
