Kindergarten students at Chandler Creek Elementary School got to enjoy seeing and examining up close vehicles at the  Transportation Fair – "On the Go".

The children were able to touch and often sit in vehicles like a Greer Fire Department truck, Greer police car, a tractor, construction vehicles and Kirby's trash truck. Although they couldn't drive, if they had the need for speed, special guest Molly Morris Jr. Dragster champion had her vehicle on display.

The event gave the students the opportunity to learn and ask questions about community helpers and the vehicles that help them do their work.

And for all the students' hard work, they earned a treat from the Kona Ice of Greenville truck at the end of the event.
