Coldwell Banker Caine honors top 70 agents

Coldwell Banker Caine recognizes its top producing agents with honors. This year, the company awarded over 70 agents across the upstate for producing within the top local, national, and international rankings during their annual meeting Wednesday.

Jacob Mann was named top producing agent in Coldwell Banker Caine for 2015,  No. 1 Volume Producer and No. 1 Unit Producer. The company announced the top 25 sales associates in the following order:

• Jacob Mann qualified for the International President’s Premier Society, which is awarded to the top one percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. This is the highest recognition Coldwell Banker awards throughout its global network. 

• Francie Little and Pat Loftis qualified for the International President’s Elite Society, which is awarded to the top three percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. 

• The Ashley Lewis Team, comprised of Ashley Lewis, Margie Scott, Jordan Corbett, Robert Diamond, Corey Frye, Michelle Lewis, and Landon Thompson, was named the Top Producing Team (more than four agents). They also qualified for the International President’s Elite Team Society, awarded to the top eight percent of all Coldwell Banker agent teams and groups in U.S. and Canada. 

• Thomas Cheves, Steve Mussman, and Jamie Ouzts, of The Cheves Mussman Ouzts Group was named the Top Producing Group (fewer than four agents) and received the International President’s Circle Team distinction, awarded to the top 19 percent of all Coldwell Banker agent teams and groups in U.S. and Canada. 

• Jake Dickens, Helen Hagood, Virginia Hayes, Andrew Little, Donna Morrow, Rhonda Porter, Wanda Stewart, Lori Thompson, Sharon Tootell, and Alicia Waynick qualified for the International President’s Circle Society, which is awarded to the the top six percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. 

• The following agents qualified for the International Diamond Society, which is awarded to the top 11 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally:
