The Pitt Hopkins Charity Music Festival is scheduled Saturday, 6:30 - 8 p.m., at the City Park amphitheater as a fundraiser for Eastside High School Spirit Week.
Eastside HS has raised more than $1.25 million since it began Spirit Week in 1981.
A fitness 5K run/walk is scheduled Saturday morning in the Silverleaf subdivision.
Admission to the concert is $5 and kids 12 and under are free. All proceeds go to the Pitt Hopkins Research. Food trucks will be available on site.
