Anna Brown and Sydney Sill, right, are two former Miss Greater Greer Teens, Brown in 2010 and Sill in 2012. Sill won the Miss Golden Corner Teen Saturday and will compete in the Miss South Carolina USA Teen pageant in Charleston in November.
Morgan Brown, Anna Brown and Sydney Sill won titles at the Miss Mountain Lakes and Miss Golden Corner USA pageant, respectively, Saturday in Walhalla.
Morgan Brown, a Greer High School graduate, won Miss Golden Corner.
Anna Brown is Miss Mountain Lakes. She was Miss Greater Greer Teen 2010 and finished fourth at the Miss South Carolina Teen pageant.
Sill is Miss Golden Corner Teen. She was Miss Greater Greer Teen and Miss South Carolina Teen 2012. Sill was runnerup last year but was called upon to represent the state when Rachel Wyatt won Most Outstanding Teen in the Miss America pageant.
The pageants at Walhalla have seen girls from the greater Greer area earn crowns that enabled them to compete in the Miss USA-sanctioned pageants. Contestants cannot hold the title for the Miss America organization and the Miss USA pageants at the same time, however they can compete in both pageants at the same time.
Last year Brook Sill won the Miss Mountain Lakes Teen title and this year, the cousin of Sydney Sill, won the Miss South Carolina Teen pageant.
Lauren Cabiniss, Miss Greater Greer and runnerup to Miss South Carolina in 2012, won Miss Mountain Lakes last year. Then she competed and won Miss Hilton Head 2013 to compete in the Miss South Carolina pageant where she finished third.
