The U.S. Air Force Woodwinds Ensembe will play a free concert at City Hall on March 28.

The U.S. Air Force Woodwinds Ensembe will play a free concert at City Hall on March 28.

The United States Air Force Langley Winds woodwind ensemble of the USAF Heritage of America Band will visit the Events Center at Greer City Hall on March 28, presenting a free public concert in the events hall.

The concert begins at 7 p.m. and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The band’s world-class musicians are based at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Va. and annually travel more than 30,000 miles performing concerts for the public and providing music for military protocol events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Langley Winds features the diverse talents of eight professional musicians.
