Kim Deering has been selected as the principal of Reidville Elementary School.

Christopher McCants has been selected as the principal of Beech Springs Intermediate School.
Deering has been selected as the principal of Reidville Elementary School. She has served as a guidance counselor, assistant principal, and most recently, as interim principal at the school. Deering earned her bachelor’s in Psychology, as well as a doctorate in Counselor Education from the University of South Carolina, and obtained her masters in Education Administration from Converse College.
McCants has been selected as the principal of Beech Springs Intermediate School. He joins the Beech Springs family after spending six years at Florence Chapel Middle School, first as a teacher, then as assistant principal. He earned his bachelor’s in Mass Communications from North Greenville University, and a masters of Education in English from Troy University. He obtained his Masters in School Leadership from Furman University in 2012.
