Nutritional Navigation: A Grocery Store Tour

Join dietitian Kerri Lindberg, RD, LD for an interactive tour of a local grocery store. She will share what to look for on a food label, healthy cooking tips and recipes, and general advice for navigating any grocery store. Handouts and a giveaway will be provided.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the starting time and plan to tour for one hour. Space is limited to six per tour so spots must be reserved in advance by visiting regionalheartcenter.com or call 560-4472. Here is your first tip: never visit the grocery store on an empty stomach.
