Get ready to put on your fancy pants! This series by Chef Lauran Henderson will focus on the techniques and skills that go into properly presenting a fancy meal from start to finish. By the Final Banquet, you will have learned high-end techniques ranging from proper place setting to flambéing.
On the last day of the series students can invite 2 guest to come and enjoy a fine dining experience.
Fancy Tableside Etiquette: How to properly set a table and serve dishes like the pros
Fancy Plating: Practice plating and presenting a variety of fancy dishes
Practice Your Fancy Skills: Try your hand at everything you’ve learned thus far and cook (and enjoy!) your first plated meal
Fancy Banquet: Share your skills with your guest and present them with a delicious dish
$250 per student for the series– *12 to 16 years of age
Our junior chefs will receive a chef coat and hat
