Plan to visit historic downtown Greer on the evening of Tuesday, December 22 for the return of a unique and wonderful Christmas experience when genuine English award-winning speaker and author Keith Challenger will perform a live reading of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. The event, which is back by popular demand, will take place at Greer Trading Post on Trade Street.

Sit around a roaring fire in an intimate setting as the classic tale of Ebeneezer Scrooge and the ghosts of Christmas is brought to life, complete with period costume and sound effects. The reading begins promptly at 7:30pm and last approximately 90 minutes, including a brief intermission during which FREE Christmas-themed refreshments will be served.

Due to the need for silence during the reading, the event is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
