Plate 108 - E Poinsett
This monthly series is a newly added feature to Plate 108 repertoire of cooking classes. You can expect an elegant, hands-on evening in an intimate atmosphere. You will receive a 1-on-1 experience with our Executive Chef and learn advanced culinary techniques that you can take back to your own kitchen. This will be a 5 course meal each perfectly paired with a tasting of wine. You will prepare 4 courses with the help and guidance of our Executive Chef, and the class will conclude with a mouth-watering dessert prepared by the chef. This will be a 3 hour class. Due to the complexity of this class, class sizes will be kept to 8 people so seating is limited! (Our January class filled fast! Don't delay, grab your seats today)
