In the culinary world, there are 3 leading “Mother” sauces that every sauce is based from. They are: Béchamel, Tomato, and Brown Sauce. In this class, Chef Michael will teach you how to make these leading sauces and will also teach some other sauces you can make based from the original three. In total…SIX SAUCES!
