Mann appointed to commission of professionalism in the practice of law

Elizabeth Mann has been appointed to the Commission on the Profession by the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. 

Elizabeth Mann, assistant dean for Business/Public Service at Greenville Technical College, has been appointed to the Commission on the Profession by the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. The commission is intended to recognize the need for emphasis upon and encouragement of professionalism in the practice of law.

Membership on the commission includes judges, practicing lawyers, law school faculty, and an instructor or administrator from the undergraduate/technical college level or a law office administrator.

Mann began her career with Greenville Tech in 1990 after 11 years practicing law with the firm now known as Gallivan, White & Boyd. She continues to teach paralegal classes while also serving as both assistant dean in the division and department head for the college’s Paralegal and Criminal Justice programs.
