Doris Greer, 93, wife of the late Roy Lewis Greer, passed away September 13, 2023.

A native of Spartanburg County, SC, daughter of the late James H. and Hettie Belle Sloan Morgan, she was a retired plant manager for Greer Shirt-Plant and a member of Washington Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are one daughter, Sherrie Brown (Don) of Lyman, SC; four
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Greer was predeceased by one son, Roger Lewis Greer and one granddaughter, JoDee Dailey.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2023, at the Wood Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Trent Henson and Dr. Drew Hines.

Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Sunday, September 17, 2023, at The Wood Mortuary.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Hannon, Todd Hannon, Todd Dailey, Max Hannon, and Cooper Hannon.

The family will be at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Sherrie and Don Brown.
