Elgate Ralston Caulder, 78, of 2644 John Dodd Road, died October 1, 2012 at Village at Pelham.
A native of Dillon County, son of the late Ralston and Eva Calder Caulder, he was a retired employee of Jackson Mill and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Williamson Caulder of the home; five daughters, Ranna Owens of Greer, Debra Dunaway of Mississippi, Carol Ward of Columbia, Gail Caulder of Wellford, and Evon Bishop of Campobello; five sons, Phillip Baskins of Greer, Donald Caulder of Louisiana, Carl Caulder of Cowpens, Danny Caulder of Columbia, and Tim Caulder of Taylors; one brother; one sister; twenty-two grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Mr. Caulder was predeceased by one daughter, Joanne Falu.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Dan Smith. Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held 12:00-1:30 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary.
