Era Jo Bridwell Edwards, 75, passed away Oct. 3, 2016 at her home.
A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Larkin and Geneva Parris Bridwell, a retired accountant for Centerplate, and member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving:
Surviving are her husband, Thomas "Tommy" Arthur Edwards of the home; a brother, Walter Bridwell of Greer; and two sisters, Joyce Jolly of Greer and Barbara Newcomb of Travelers Rest.
Funeral Services:
Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Todd Johnson and Linda Parr. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Bridwell, Ray Newcomb Jr., Cary Camden, David Few, Doug Few, Mack Hamby, Brian Crook, and Greg Garrett.
Honorary escort will be the Happy Hearts Senior Group of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and the Thursday Ladies Lunch Group.
Visitation will be held 2 until 3:45 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the church.
The family is at the home.
