Harry Gene Wood, 69, passed away March 21, 2022.

A native of Greer, son of the late Joseph Clyde Wood, Jr. and Latrell Wood, he was a retired employee of Greenville City, an avid race car driver and car collector, and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving:

Surviving are three daughters, Kelly Jenkins (Wellford), Staci Lucas (Sonny) of Blackshear, Georgia, and Traci Ramey (Justin) of Blackshear, Georgia; and seven grandchildren, Tyler Jenkins, Kameron Jenkins, Logan Jenkins, Tyler Ramey, Tucker Ramey, Calli Lucas, and Seth Lucas.

He was predeceased by a twin brother, Larry Wood.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Hillcrest Memory Gardens Mausoleum conducted by Rev. Danny Monroe.
