James Frank Stephens, 79, of 401 Confederate Circle, died August 7, 2017 in Greenville.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late Frank Stephens and Elizabeth Stephens, he served in the U.S. Army National Guard, was the owner of Stephens Auto and a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are a son, David Stephens of Marina del Rey, California; a brother, Ricky Stephens of Greenville; two sisters, Betty Walters and Bobbie Cox both of Greenville.

Mr. Stephens was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Gail Stephens.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Deon Louw.

Visitation will be held 9:30-10:45 a.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.
