Jimmie Randolph Duncan, Sr., 86, passed away January 12, 2022.

A native of Greer, S.C., son of the late Hiram Olin and Marie Grant Duncan, he was retired from the U.S., Navy after 23 years of service and was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Annie Pearl Campbell Duncan of Spartanburg; one son, Jimmie R. Duncan, Jr. (Cynthia) of Irving, Texas; one daughter, Joy Duncan Kutt (Kevin) of Greer, S.C.; one brother, Hiram "Bud" Duncan of Greer, S.C., two sisters, Phyllis Nelson of California and Emily Cox (Edward) of Gray Court, S.C.,; five grandchildren, Jacob Kutt (Jennifer) of Taylors, Sarah Kutt of Bowling Green, Va., Joshua Kutt and Daniel Kutt of Greer, S.C., and Joel Duncan of Irving, Texas; five great-grandchildren, Annabelle Kutt, David Kutt, Bethany Kutt, Nathaniel Kutt, and Rebekah Kutt; and one brother-in-law, John Black of Greer, S.C.

He was also predeceased by one sister, Violet Black.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 16, 2023, at The Wood Mortuary Chapel, conducted by Dr. Phil Sybrant. Webcasting of the service will be available at www.thewoodmortuary.com. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be held 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. Monday at the mortuary before the service.

Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice House, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303, in honor of Jimmie Duncan.
