Naomi Smith Armstrong, 97, widow of Odie Armstrong, passed away August 31, 2019.

A native of Spartanburg County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Rosie Moore Smith, a retired employee of J.P. Stevens & Co. and was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are a son, Barry S. Armstrong (Linda) of Greenville; four grandchildren, Gwynne Armstrong (Jessica Woods), Ann Kallman (Morgan Kallman), Mills Armstrong and Molly Armstrong; and two great-grandchildren, Ellis and Lila.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Zoar United Methodist Church, conducted by Rev. Mike Cheatham.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at the church prior to the service.

The family is at their respective homes.
