Walter Morann Henderson, Sr., 81, passed away December 13, 2017.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late George Washington and Hazel Huff Henderson, he was a retired truck driver for BI-LO, a mason and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

He was a lover of vintage cars. His special passion was for his 1959 Ford Galaxy Skyliner with a retractable hardtop.

Walt was a loving husband of 60 years, father, and grandfather. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Johnnie Hannah Henderson of the home; a daughter, Patricia Hollon of Charleston; a son, Randy Henderson (Sandra) of Greer; and three grandchildren, Hannah Hollon, Makenzie Henderson and Maggie Henderson.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 15, 2017 at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery, conducted by Dr. Steve Evans.

Visitation will be held after the service in the church.

The family is at the home.
