William Mathey "Bill" Zimmerman, 71, passed away July 28, 2023.

A native of Spartanburg County, a son of the late John Huey Zimmerman, Sr. and Louise Roberts Zimmerman, he was a U.S Army Veteran, a retired employee of Mitsubishi, and a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Deannie Painter Zimmerman of the home; one son, Scott Zimmerman (Nicole) of Lyman; one nephew, Michael Zimmerman (Lori) of Campobello; and two grandchildren, Tamyra and Hank Zimmerman.

He was also predeceased by one brother, John Huey Zimmerman, Jr.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Holly Springs Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Tim Clark and Mr. Gary Burch.

Inurnment will be in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church prior to the service.

The family is at their respective homes.
