Greer Middle College Charter High School received a $25,000 check recently from the Sargent Foundation.
The school will use part of the money to benefit its athletic department and growing sports teams.
The Sargent Foundation was started by Earle and Eleanor Sargent more than fifty years ago and benefits local interests such as Greenville Technical College, Miracle Hill, Bob Jones University and Gallery, Phillis Wheatley center, Pendelton House, and funded the Greenville County Library’s Sargent branch.
