Saved by the Heart extravaganza is Friday at Grace Hall

Fundraiser benefits special needs and rescued animals

Saved by the Heart Companion Animal Services will hold its annual Soiree from 7-11 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1 at Grace Hall, 108 Trade St.

Greer Station Association restaurants participating in the buffet include Cazbah, Wild Ace Pizza & Pub, Trade Street Café and The Mason Jar. Titos and The Melting Pot from Greenville will offer their specialties.

A cash bar will be available from Stomping Grounds.

Kenny Ruby, Elizabeth Wood, Alex Hunnicutt, Tyvon and Stevie Kirby will perform.

The fundraiser will benefit special needs and rescued animals. 

Tickets are $15 per person or $20 per couple. 

A silent auction offers items from Astro Kennels, Shoppes at the Grapevine, Access to Baggage, Rhythm & Brews, GreerToday.com, Whiskerz Pet Sitting, Artistree, Wood’ruff’ Pet Resort, N Monroe Homes, Nook and Cranny, Tractor Supply, and other rescue supporters.

Saved by the Heart was created by Jessica and Nathan Monroe on August 2011.  After 10 years of animal rescue work, the Monroes wanted to extend their efforts to animals cared for in the home.
