There will be a public opening of bids received at the South Carolina Inland Port Terminal, 100 International Commerce Boulevard, Greer, South Carolina, at 11:00 a.m., on March 9, 2016. Instructions for submitting a Bid are included in the specifications.
The work includes the construction of hardscape, fine grading, and softscape around an approximate 60,000 square foot, three story, office building and surrounding parking lot. The work specifically includes a pedestrian promenade, a formal entry to the building, a bus drop off, a fire lane, and the planting surrounding the office building as well as parking islands.
