Wild Ace Pizza and Pub announced its third craft beer on tap.
Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Porter was brewed using Leopard Forest Coffee beans from Travelers Rest and chocolate malts from North Carolina. The beer is a silky drinking porter that is dark in color and big on taste.
Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce has canceled the 2017 Blue Ridge BBQ & Music Festival because of decreased attendance, lack of funding, and ongoing contract negotiations.
The recommendation to cancel the longstanding community festival came Wednesday during a BBQ Festival Committee meeting. The Festival’s primary purpose has been to raise funds for the Chamber of Commerce through a nationally recognized family-oriented two-day event.
UPDATE: Tunes in the Park has been picked up for the 2017 season. Only Greer Idol was cancelled for this year. Dates for this year's Tunes in the Park are below:

A conference center and passenger business center was on display Wednesday at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
The 1,734-square-foot conference center can be subdivided in three rooms of 571-, 573- and 590-square feet and can host 90-seated visitors. Cocktail receptions/parties and other standup events can be accommodated.
