Benjamin “Ben” Waters, IV, vice president of Cunningham-Waters Construction Company, died Wednesday. He was 41.
Waters graduated Greer High School.
Waters was a third generation graduate of The Citadel and a decorated officer in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, N.C.
He led healthcare construction – dental, medical, general – projects in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and other southeast markets.
Waters was known by his family and closest friends as “Gentle Ben”, according to his obituary.
