INFLATABLES
Inflatables are fun! 5:00-9:30 p.m.
There's something about a giant balloon that just attracts kids. Whether they're in the mood to bounce, run, jump, or climb, ATD Inflatables has an attraction to please all the little ones.
A $5 wristband entitles one person to unlimited fun on the inflatables during Greer Memorial Hospital Freedom Blast. Access to lines at each inflatable will be open until 9:00 p.m. Those already in line will be permitted to enter the inflatable for which they are waiting.
Please note that age restrictions apply to many of the attractions.
BLOOD DRIVE
5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Whether you're a regular blood donor or considering giving for the first time, the Blood Connection wants you to know that you're making a difference. Blood cannont be manufactured, so donors are particularly important -- especially during the busy summer months when blood supplies run low. Donors are crucial to ensuring that Upstate hospitals have needed blood supplies.
Thank you for making a difference and providing the gift of life.
GREER IDOL TEEN - WEEK 3

GREER IDOL - WEEK 3
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Now in its sixth year, Greer Idol has crowned the "best of the best" singers in the Upstate during its run. Contestants in the 2012 competition auditioned at Greer Family Fest and impressed the judges at callbacks to earn the right to be one of 12 singers vying for the title of Greer Idol.
PIE EATING CONTEST
7:15 p.m.
What's your favorite: cherry, apple, or blueberry? Sign up for the annual pie eating contest and you'll have to settle for the pie du jour, but attack it with gusto and you may just win a prize. Inquire at the Burton's All Season Landscaping Guest Relations Tent about joining the fun, which starts at 7:15 p.m. on the Amphitheater Stage.
WHITNEY WALTERS AND GROOVE PLANET
7:45 p.m.
The idea behind Groove Planet was simple: find the planet's best musicians to play the planet's best music. The group is a true collaboration with each member bringing his or her own special talents, opinions, and flair to the mix in order to raise the level of music quality. Egos aside and with sleeves rolled up, the band has worked hard to develop its own unique blend of arrangements, stacked vocals, and intricate harmonies so that even the most recognizable songs have a fresh new vibe.
SALUTE OUR HEROES
9:45 p.m.
Even if you never served in our nation's armed forces, the odds are very good that you have a family member or know someone who dedicated years of his or her life to defending our freedom. An annual highlight of Greer Memorial Hospital Freedom Blast is the salute to those men and women who currently serve our nation, as well as our brave veterans. Get on your feet, put your hands together, and say thank you to them for helping to make Independence Day possible.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY
10:00 p.m.
The skies above Greer City Park light up every year as a fireworks spectacular draws the Greer Memorial Hospital Freedom Blast to a close.
This year's show is produced by internationally acclaimed Zambelli Fireworks, one of the largest and oldest fireworks company in the world, staging more than 1,600 shows each year.
Zambelli has choreographed its 2012 show to music for everyone in Greer City Park to enjoy. Want to follow along as the impressive shells light up the sky? Here's the song list:
Stars and Stripes Forever
Silverado
William Tell Overture
America the Beautiful
