The Greer Police Department is investigating the death of an infant at the request of the Greenville County Coroner’s office.
City police responded to Crescent Park Commons, 401 Elizabeth Sarah Boulevard, at 7:45 a.m. and officers learned that a 7-month-old infant was deceased.
Detectives with the Greer Police Department are conducting an investigation into this incident, Lt. Patrick Fortenberry said.
The investigation is in its early stage and there are no further details available at this time, Fortenberry reported.
