Creform Corporation, a manufacturer of unique products for material handling and commercial use has designed and built an angled shelf cart for bins designed to hold small production parts and hardware items.

Creform engineered and fully assembled the cart before shipment for the customer’s quick implementation. The cart is one of 25 used by the customer. Creform is located in Greer.

The cart has a 42-inch width x 26-inch depth footprint and is rated for up to 600-pound load capacity. It was built using popular marine blue 28-millimeter plastic coated steel Creform pipe and black metal joints. It features eight levels with each level defined by Creform’s unique slide pipe with a side guide. This ensures totes are held securely in each lane. This steel slide pipe is coated with low friction HDPE plastic so the totes will easily flow down each lane.

A wide variety of pipe color options are available and upgrade hitches are available for automated guided vehicles (AGV) delivery. Accessories include hooks, label holders for shelf levels or even shelf positions, writing surface with clip boards to name a few. Creform carts are available as a kit, assembled structure or in component form for a complete do-it-yourself solution

The Creform System is used to create an array of material handling and efficiency enhancing devices and is a proven component in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing programs. The company partners with customers in developing and implementing these programs.
