Frontier increasing service between GSP, Denver

Published on Monday, March 11, 2019

Frontier Airlines will double the number of flights between Denver and Greenville-Spartanburg airport. Twice weekly nonstop flights will increase to four time a week beginning May 3.

Denver is one of the top destinations for GSP passengers.

“We’re excited to have Frontier add additional flights to Denver for people traveling from the Upstate,” said Dave Edwards, GSP’s president and CEO. “This type of commitment to our market by Frontier is a direct result of the strong support from the community for these flights to the Mile High City and connecting beyond to cities on the West Coast.”

Frontier’s Denver flights will operate on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The airline’s seasonal nonstop service to Las Vegas and Orlando will also resume May 3. Las Vegas and Orlando flights to and from GSP will operate each week on Monday and Friday.

Frontier is one of six airlines operating from GSP, which had a record-breaking 2018 with more than 2.3 million passengers.
