John Garrison, Hannah Clayton and Colleen Gaine were eliminated from Idol trimming the field to eight and Jonathan Harper was ousted at Teen Idol to reduce the field to six.

This week’s competition will be held Saturday at City Park with Teen Idol at 5 p.m. and Greer Idol at 6 p.m. Patriotic country music is the theme all performers singing the entire song.
Groove Planet will be the featured band with the group performing at 7:45 p.m. An Armed Forces tribute is 9:45 p.m. and it will lead into the fireworks show at 10 p.m.
