Gov. Nikki Haley shows the bobblehead doll Allen Smith, Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, presented last Thursday night.
Haley was the keynote speaker at the annual Greer Chamber of Commerce banquet held at Embassy Suites in Greenville.
Smith said he got the idea of the bobblehead when he saw one while visiting a fellow chamber president last year. "Gov. Haley started laughing as she saw me open the box and take it out," Smith said. "Everytime she sees the bobblehead she will think 'Greer.'"
