Mobile site at Home Depot to serve Allstate, State Farm customers with vehicle hail damage

A temporary mobile drive-in has been set up in the parking lot of the Home Depot on Wade Hampton Boulevard by Allstate and State Farm to serve drivers whose vehicles were damaged during last Tuesday’s hail storm.

• Customers are asked to report a claim online or call to set up an appointment.

• Inspectors will be working 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. to handle claims.

• The process will take about an hour.

• Inspectors will check the entire vehicle.

• Customers will receive a check on site if the damage is repairable and not more expensive than the vehicle’s worth.
