Daniel David Campbell, 73, of 120 Spartanburg Road, died December 28, 2012 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Lethco and Ruby Cordell Campbell, he was a U.S. Marine and Air Force Veteran, a retired employee of Sew Euro Drive, and a member of Burnsview Baptist Church. He was a mason and a member of the Duncan Masonic Lodge.
Surviving:
Surviving are his wife, Karen Gray Campbell of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Ray Sumner of Lyman; a son, David Campbell of Wellford; a brother, James Campbell of Duncan; a step-brother, Doug Jones of Lyman; a step-sister, Dale Stroud of Marietta; three grandchildren, Leigha Caulder, Blake Sumner and Quinton Caulder; and one great-grandson, Auston Maness.
Mr. Campbell was predeceased by a step-brother, Keith Jones.
Funeral Services:
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Burnsview Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Tim Huckaby and Rev. Ray Hatcher. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.
